01. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, such as your name, email address and company. When you use Murmura we also collect the scripts you write, the audio you generate and basic usage data like features used and session length.
If you upload a recording to create a voice clone, we store that recording and the consent statement attached to it.
02. How we use information
We use your information to run and improve Murmura, generate the audio you request, keep your account secure, provide support and send service updates. We never sell your personal information.
03. Voice recordings and clones
Recordings used for cloning are processed only to build the voice you asked for. Your cloned voices are private to your workspace and are never used to train shared models without your explicit permission.
You can delete a cloned voice and its source recordings at any time from your dashboard.
04. Sharing with third parties
We work with a small number of trusted providers for hosting, payments and analytics. They may only process data on our behalf and under agreements that protect it. We may also share information when required by law.
05. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated audio is stored until you delete it. When you close your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
06. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small team and is logged and reviewed regularly.
07. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us.
