01. Accepting these terms
By accessing Murmura you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Murmura on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
02. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity in your workspace. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
03. Acceptable use
Do not use Murmura to impersonate real people without permission, to create misleading or harmful content, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
04. Voice cloning and consent
You may only clone a voice that belongs to you or that you have documented permission to use. We may ask for proof of consent and remove clones that do not meet this standard.
05. Ownership of content
You keep the rights to the scripts you write and, on paid plans, to the audio you generate, including for commercial use. Murmura keeps the rights to the platform, models and brand.
06. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
07. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
08. Limitation of liability
Murmura is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
